Responsibilities:

• Assess customers’ needs for travel plans and advice on best options
• Source, negotiate and book flights, accommodation, car rentals, and other travel related services
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process
• Maintain up to date knowledge of destinations and current industry trends
• Liaise with travel partners and suppliers to determine best options
• Make recommendations and provide advice to customers on travel plans
• Create detailed itineraries for customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow up calls.

• Excellent customer service skill
